Hello! I'm Andrew Cross, a passionate real estate investor and coach. Born as the eldest in a family of seven children, I was instilled with a strong work ethic from my entrepreneur father. Our family journey in entrepreneurship began with a yard company during my teenage years. It was then that I realized my true calling wasn’t in lawn care. Intrigued by the allure of the real estate world, I enrolled in construction trade courses during my junior and senior years of high school, paving the path for my lifelong passion.
An interesting anecdote from my early days: a realtor once told me I couldn’t venture into buying houses until I had a track record of five years of tax returns. The twist? He's now an employee at a 7-Eleven. It's a testament that with grit and determination, you can defy the odds.
In 2001, I took a bold leap and established my own construction business. By 2003, I was immersed full-time, specializing in historical restoration for over a decade. Despite my accomplishments, my then-girlfriend (now my beloved wife) noticed my continuous chatter about real estate but little action to match. Her candid observation led me to real estate investor meetings. Soon after, we hired our first coach – a decision that transformed our lives. Think of it as adding rocket fuel to an already burning desire! Our mentors were instrumental, guiding us through our initial deals and teaching us the ropes.

Such was our commitment that when faced with the dilemma of financing our wedding, honeymoon, or coaching, we chose the latter. That sacrifice paid off! We not only financed our dream honeymoon later but also extended our coaching, all through earnings from real estate deals.

I've equipped myself with the necessary skills and, by the grace of God, have overcome numerous challenges to bring about a generational shift for our family.
